Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

• 2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination.

Estimated delivery periods:

* South Africa: 7–15 business days

* International Orders: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs inspections, or peak order periods.

After your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.

This tracking information can be used to follow the progress of your shipment.

• 4. Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providinaccurate shipping details when placing an order.

SaintSwagStudios cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.

• 5. Delivery Delays

Although we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

* Severe weather conditions

* Customs procedures

* Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer

If your package arrives damaged, or if it has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
